From July 8 to 10, Haier Biomedical showcased its latest pharmacy automation solutions at WHX Bangkok 2026, connecting with pharmacists, hospital representatives, healthcare professionals and local partners from Thailand and across Southeast Asia.

The exhibition focused on Haier Biomedical’s solutions for Outpatient Pharmacy , Inpatient Pharmacy and Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services. A key highlight was the integrated medication packaging and verification machine, which demonstrated how medication packaging and subsequent verification can be completed within one streamlined workflow.

Visitors also showed strong interest in how pharmacy automation can be adapted to different hospital workflows. As one pharmacist noted:

“Integrating packaging and verification into one workflow makes the solution particularly practical for inpatient pharmacy operations.”

Beyond standardized products, Haier Biomedical also highlighted its ability to develop customized solutions for local requirements. A representative example is the ongoing pharmacy automation project at Ram Hospital in Bangkok, where Haier Biomedical has developed a customized Universal Dispenser for the Thai market.

The Ram Hospital project is currently under construction and installation and is expected to enter operation after the remaining commissioning work is completed. The project reflects Haier Biomedical’s commitment to adapting automation technologies to local medication profiles, workflows and operational requirements.

Looking ahead, Haier Biomedical Smart Pharmacy will continue to work with hospitals and partners across Thailand and Southeast Asia to deliver flexible pharmacy automation solutions that improve workflow efficiency, medication management and the overall pharmacy experience.
